PEOPLE

Become a mentor

Support the next generation of professionals in building their future with clarity and purpose.

What does it mean to be a Mentor?

Each Mentor is matched with 1 to 5 Mentees by the Program Administrators, based on the availability provided at registration.

The matching process considers the Mentor’s profile and, as much as possible, the preferences expressed by both Mentors and Mentees to ensure a high-impact educational experience.

Mentors commit to the Mentoring Pact and offer guidance through quarterly 30–40 minute calls, sharing advice that fosters personal growth and professional development.

This service is entirely voluntary and free of charge, reflecting our Mentors’ commitment to giving back.
