Who Are Our Mentees—and How Are They Selected?

MentorUp welcomes students from their third year of undergraduate studies through to the completion of their most recent degree.
​
After the formal mentoring period concludes, Mentees transition to Alumni status. As Alumni, they maintain full access to the MentorUp platform and its resources, even though they are no longer actively matched with a Mentor.
Applications are open to:
Students pursuing careers in economics and finance from both Azerbaijani and international universities.

Selection Criteria and Admission Requirements
MentorUp is open to students from all universities, with the goal of ensuring fair and diverse representation across institutions.
Candidates are carefully evaluated by the Admissions Committee. Once selected, they are required to acknowledge and sign the Mentoring Pact, outlining the responsibilities and commitments expected throughout the program.
